Sr. Implementation Engineer

Phoenix, Arizona - 2026-04-16We are seeking a skilled FlashArray Installation Engineer to support onsite deployment, upgrades, and expansion activities in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with FlashArray systems and a strong background in storage infrastructure implementation.THESE ARE THE JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF AN IMPLEMENTATION ENGINEER:Perform installation and configuration of FlashArray systemsExecute non-disruptive upgrades (NDUs) on existing environmentsConduct shelf additions and capacity expansionsEnsure all installations and upgrades meet operational and performance standardsTroubleshoot and resolve issues during deployment and upgrade processesCollaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project deliveryMaintain accurate documentation of installations, upgrades, and configurationsAbility to work onsite in Phoenix, AZYOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO HANDLE EVERYTHING ABOVE BECAUSE YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE LIKE:Proven experience with FlashArray installation, upgrades, and capacity expansionsHands-on experience with Everpure FlashArray //X and //XL platformsStrong understanding of storage infrastructure and best practicesPreferred QualificationsExperience with ActiveCluster configurations and deploymentsStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsExcellent communication and documentation abilitiesAdditional Information About This RoleLocation: onsite in Phoenix, AZMust be able to lift and install equipment (up to 75 pounds) into customer racksPay: $95,000 – $110,000View our benefits information here: https://marketing.mytsp.net/tsp-benefitsCandidates must be authorized to work in the United StatesWE ARE TSPTSP is award-winning, customer-endorsed, and minority-owned.
