You'll be the go-to expert for all things MTRdriving growth, building deep relationships, and bringing cutting-edge room solutions to life for some of the biggest names in business.Key Responsibilities:Lead with VisionOwn the full sales cycle for MTR-certified product bundlesPosition solutions that help organizations modernize their meeting spaces and supercharge collaborationBe a Trusted AdvisorEngage with IT leaders, AV pros, and business stakeholders to understand room requirements and design the right solution stackOffer guidance on layout, hardware compatibility, and MTR certification best practicesEmpower the ChannelEquip resellers, system integrators, and distributors with the tools and knowledge to winCo-sell, train, and provide pre-sales support to grow our partner ecosystemCreate DemandDeliver impactful product demos, hands-on workshops, and proof-of-concept engagements that turn interest into actionProactively identify new MTR opportunities through outbound outreach and strategic targetingDrive CollaborationWork hand-in-hand with product, marketing, and support teams to relay customer insights and fuel go-to-market successContribute to seamless deployments that exceed expectationsWhat We're Looking For:35+ years of sales experience in UC/AV, collaboration, or Microsoft Teams Room environmentsTrack record of success selling video conferencing or MTR-certified solutionsDeep understanding of the Microsoft Teams ecosystem and certified hardware partnersStrong presentation, communication, and consultative selling skillsComfortable engaging with enterprise clients and navigating partner channelsExperience with Salesforce or similar CRM and the Microsoft 365 suiteWillingness to travel up to 4050% across the Central U.S.Bonus Points If You Have:Relationships with Microsoft, Zoom, or UC/AV channel partnersAVIXA/CTS certification or similar technical credentialsExperience with large-scale room deployments and integration projectsWhy Join?This is more than a quota-carrying roleit's a chance to shape the future of hybrid work by helping organizations create spaces where collaboration thrives.
