Cardiac, Vascular and Thoracic Experience Punctuality, 30 min call back time, flexible schedule Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. Scrub Cardiac and Vascular cases Experience with Meditech List typical procedures performed on unit(s): CABG, Valves, TAVR, EVAR, TEVAR, Carotid endarterectomy, fistula creation/interventions, VATS, thoracomy, fem-pop bypass, angiograms with interventions, LVAD, RVAD, ECMO Level 2 trauma coverage for all vascular and thoracic procedures Best personality Fit: Self-motivated Team oriented Flexible Dress Code: Include requirements, but most of all not acceptable attire. Scrub Color - Scrubs provided Unit Guidelines/Policies: Time off requests must be in contract Call requirement is one weekend a month and 2-3 days per week Any additional information that would entice a worker to select your unit for their assignment: We have a 3 people on call every night; 2 RN s and a scrub. So our travelers will always have a nurse backup with them. The traveler will be the circulating nurse and the second RN assists anesthesia at the beginning of the case, holds the heart, and is the room extra help. This helps our travelers feel more comfortable on call, knowing there is an extra resource.
