(*$85000-$110000 annually for Oakland area)ResponsibilitiesConduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) using data-driven, trauma-informed, and contextually sensitive approaches.Design and oversee the implementation of individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).Collaborate with educators, paraprofessionals, school psychologists, and families to support student success.Provide consultation and coaching to school staff on evidence-based behavioral strategies.Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed based on data.Train and support school staff in behavior-analytic procedures and best practices.Attend IEP meetings and contribute to behavior-related goals and accommodations as appropriate.Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with ethical, clinical, and school district standards.Adhere to BACB® ethical guidelines and stay current on best practices in behavior analysis and education.Why Choose Us?Commitment to anti-ableist, neurodiversity-affirming, and culturally responsive practices, as well as trauma-informed careFocus on collegial support, mentorship, and professional growthFlexible, consistent schedules and varied job responsibilitiesProfessional dues and materials reimbursementSpecial Interest Group memberships – Culturally Linguistically Diverse, Behavior and AAC SIGs are open to all employees
