We are seeking a Sr. Systems Administrator responsible for designing, administering, and supporting enterprise LAN, WAN, and firewall environments. The role includes hands-on administration of identity and access platforms such as Microsoft Entra ID and Okta, along with Microsoft 365 tenant management. The engineer will manage and support virtual infrastructure using VMware vSphere and ensure availability, performance, and security across systems. Responsibilities also include troubleshooting network and infrastructure issues, implementing best practices, and supporting ongoing modernization initiatives. Experience with Fortinet firewalls, switching, and wireless solutions is strongly preferred. Required Skills needed: Network/Sys Admin for the following:LAN. ~30 FortiSwitches, single siteWAN. 2 FortiGate firewalls in Newton and AWSWireless. ~20 FortiAP, single sitevSphere for 2 host cluster w/ Nimble HS20 storageVeeam backup administrationM365 / WinSvr / Entra ID / Okta admin.Responsibilities:Troubleshooting infrastructure issues as needed.Handling tickets as needed.Project work such as assisting with a Copilot deployment and vSphere v7 to v8 upgrade.
