Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor. Check-in and check-out guests efficiently using hotel management software, ensuring accuracy in billing and reservations. Monitor multi-line phone systems to handle guest inquiries, reservations, and internal communications with courteous phone etiquette. Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, verifying charges, payments, and resolving discrepancies promptly. Prepare detailed shift reports documenting financial transactions, guest issues, and operational activities for management review. Assist with guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and professionally to ensure a positive stay experience. Requirements Hilton experience preferred but no necessary. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively. Demonstrated proficiency in handling phone systems and maintaining professional phone etiquette. Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while remaining alert and attentive to guest needs and security protocols. Previous customer service experience focusing on guest services, front desk operations, or hospitality management is preferred.
