Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Project Manager located in Cleveland, OH. The Construction Project Manager will oversee project planning, execution, and completion to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery. Key responsibilities include coordinating teams, managing project schedules, budgeting resources, tracking progress, and liaising with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met. Additionally, the role includes enforcing safety standards and aligning construction activities with company goals and industry regulations. Qualifications Experience in Construction Project Management and Construction Management with a successful track record of managing projects from inception to completion.Strong skills in Project Coordination and Project Management to oversee tasks, teams, and resources efficiently.Expertise in Budgeting and financial management for overseeing project costs and maintaining financial accountability.Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills to effectively manage multiple stakeholders and teams.Proven knowledge of construction standards, codes, safety protocols, and best practices.Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.Preferred certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certifications in construction management.At least 3 years experience in commercial or residential contracting
