Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable 2nd Shift Warehouse Associate to join our logistics team. The primary focus of this role is to accurately receive, stock, pick, and ship merchandise using handheld Radio Frequency (RF) scanners to ensure real-time inventory accuracy. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to safety and accuracy.Key Responsibilities (Mostly RF Scanning)Order Picking: Utilize RF scanner gun to pick customer orders accurately, verifying items, SKU numbers, and quantities.Receiving & Putaway: Scan incoming freight and move items to designated warehouse locations using RF technology to update inventory records in real time.Inventory Control: Perform daily cycle counts, inventory audits, and location checks using RF scanners to maintain 99%+ inventory accuracy.Packing & Shipping: Scan packed products to generate shipping labels, verify order completion, and prepare pallets for shipping.System Integrity: Log into the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to scan locations to confirm, scan SKU verification, and scan totes/pallets for transport.General Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a safe and clean work area, including removing dunnage, sweeping, and organizing inventory shelves.QualificationsExperience: Previous warehouse experience preferred, specifically with RF scanner guns/handheld computers.Technical Skills: High attention to detail; ability to operate and troubleshoot basic RF scanning equipment.Physical Strength: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively and stand/walk for 8-10 hours per day.Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.Shift Flexibility: Reliable attendance for 2nd shift hours and willingness to work overtime if neededCompensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $20.00 - $20.00
