Ascertains the daily specials from kitchen and communicates them. Inspects dining room for cleanliness, proper supply levels and proper staffing. Greet guests with a smile and deliver the welcomed message as trained by manager. Seat guests using systems in place, bringing proper menus and communicate to servers/bussers. Maintains a clean and sanitary environment in compliance with all local and federal health codes. Performs service, busser and runner duties as appropriate. Uses POS accurately. Handles cash and credit card transactions as directed. Participate in upsell strategies as directed by management. Participates in daily line ups. Practices service standards and current training throughout service. Team Member may be required to perform other duties Have fun! Requirements: Flexibility to work varied shifts to include days and nights, weekends and holidays Work experience in a restaurant or retail, preferred not required Understands restaurant etiquette Familiarity with health and safety regulations Demonstrated customer service skills ABC Card Enjoy interacting with families and children Ability to work in fast paced environment Ability to stand for long periods of time Enjoy having fun! Must be at least 18 years old Basic computer knowledge and usage preferred. Must pass a pre-employment background check Able to be genuinely friendly and caring and by taking pride in their work. Must be self-motivated and disciplined. Must be able to prioritize and complete work assignments on a timely basis. Must maintain strict confidentiality and judgment regarding privileged information.
