3+ Year Plaintiff's Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal

Job Description We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Plaintiff&#39;s Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal with at least three years of experience to join our established law firm client&#39;s team in South Scottsdale, Arizona. This role requires expertise in litigation processes, organization skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate a strong commitment to supporting attorneys in delivering exceptional legal services. This is an in-office position with full benefits package.Responsibilities:• Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and client correspondence, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.• Organize and maintain case files, tracking deadlines, and managing case-related documentation efficiently.• Assist attorneys with trial preparation, discovery, and case strategies to support successful litigation outcomes.• Coordinate and manage all aspects of litigation, including court filings and scheduling.• Review and analyze legal documentation to ensure compliance with court rules and procedures.• Utilize case management systems to streamline workflow and maintain organized records.• Communicate with clients regularly, providing updates and addressing inquiries promptly.• Track and manage case deadlines, including statutes of limitations, to ensure timely filings.• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless case progression and adherence to firm standards.• At least 3 years of experience as a paralegal in a litigation setting, with a focus on Arizona personal injury cases preferred.• Proficiency in case management software.• Strong understanding of court rules, procedures, filings, and docket management.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail.• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, including the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.• Paralegal certification or a bachelor's degree is highly desirable.• Familiarity with trial preparation, discovery processes, and litigation strategies.• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and adapt to changing priorities.
