Key Responsibilities:Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and empathy. Assist customers in managing their insurance policies, including renewals, changes, and claims. Identify customer needs and recommend suitable insurance products to enhance coverage. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our database. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction. Qualifications:Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
