With well-known brands such as Fendt, Massey Ferguson, Manitou, Gleaner, and more, you won't find a more extensive inventory of field-ready equipment. Customers come to depend on Parallel Ag to get any job done and we are looking to add a highly motivated Parts Professional to our team!The Parts Professional will be supporting the customer by assisting them find the parts they need to keep their equipment running while also supporting the work of other departments in the dealership. Their purpose is to continue learning the business and gain the knowledge and experience necessary to work within the framework of the Parallel Ag business model.Essential Functions:Offering legendary customer service to customersPerforms counter sales and answers customer inquiriesDaily parts orders and drop ship ordersFills and prepares orders, via phone or in person, for shipment or for customer pickupEnsures a workplace and warehouse are clean, safe and friendly work environmentAssists in addressing any discrepancies in parts inventoryDetermines the proper mode of transportation for parts shipmentsAble to use a forklift for loading and unloading cargoCheck in daily and stock orders as neededMaintain team environmentQualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED is requiredStrong oral and written communicationsProven ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with co-workers, vendors and customersAbility to professionally manage difficult customer situationsMust be able to work overtimeParts experience in heavy equipment, agriculture or automotive industries preferredAbility to lift a minimum of 40 poundsPositive attitude and desire to work as a team playerComputer literateDedication, self-motivation, energetic with strong work ethicDetail mindedGood ability to communicate both orally and in writingAbility to work overtime, to include a Saturday rotationBe available for 24 hour on call rotationsCommitments:Service Oriented - Our success revolves around customer service; we value service always as a priority.Honesty & Integrity - We value honesty and integrity in every interaction whether it is with a customer or a coworker, no matter what.Committed & Passionate - We are committed to our customers and the job they have to do.
