Machine Operator

Responsibilities: Set up and operate CNC and NC machines, ensuring proper calibration, tooling, and programming based on production specifications. Monitor machine operations to ensure accuracy and precision of cuts, adjusting machine settings as necessary to maintain quality standards. Perform routine maintenance on machines, troubleshoot issues, and make necessary adjustments to optimize performance. Inspect finished products to ensure they meet the required tolerances and specifications, using precision measurement tools. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics to ensure proper machine setup and product output. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and company policies. Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in CNC or NC machine operation preferred. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in CNC and NC machine setup and operation in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical documents. Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and maintain machinery. Familiarity with precision measuring tools, such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
