Come learn what makes us different! Position: Dental Hygienist Join Drs. Ligon and Howell and a compassionate, dedicated team focused on delivering patient-centered care. What You’ll Do Perform comprehensive oral health evaluations, including intra/extra-oral assessments, oral cancer screenings, and myofunctional disorder screenings Take radiographs and provide dental cleanings (prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and scaling and root planing) Apply fluoride treatments, complete sealants Deliver personalized preventive and educational services Uphold all NC Dental Board guidelines for permitted functions Administrative Responsibilities Accurately document patient care and maintain detailed records in Eaglesoft Support patients with basic insurance questions regarding in-network plans Assist with general administrative tasks that keep our office running smoothly What You Bring Experience with Eaglesoft or similar practice-management software Excellent communication skills Strong attention to detail and organization A heart for patient care and a commitment to teamwork Job Types: Full-time or Part-time Work Location: In person | Charlotte, NC Ready to join a practice where you’re truly valued?
