This is a high-impact, field-based role responsible for rapidly converting Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) into active HealBridge partners and driving immediate patient volume.You will own your territory end-to-end – from opening doors to executing agreements and generating consistent patient census. This role is ideal for a proven operator with deep relationships in the post-acute space who can drive near-term results and generate immediate impact as we scale our presence.What You’ll DoTerritory Development – Build and manage a defined territory of SNFs and post-acute care facilities across your assigned region (Dallas or Houston).Account Acquisition – Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting and outreach through contract execution, facility onboarding, and initial patient activation.Conversion & Execution – Move facilities efficiently from initial meeting to signed agreement and active patient census, with a focus on speed, follow-through, and measurable results.Referral Growth – Drive consistent patient referral volume and census growth through strong facility relationships and ongoing engagement.Strategic Partnerships – Identify and develop new opportunities within SNF, ALF, and home health networks as the territory matures.Clinical Value Positioning – Articulate the ROI of HealBridge’s physician-led wound care model to C-suite leaders, administrators, and care coordinators.In-Services & Education – Conduct facility in-services and educational presentations to drive awareness and adoption.CRM & Reporting – Maintain accurate territory documentation, pipeline activity, and performance data in the CRM system.Onboarding Execution – Partner closely with clinical and operations teams to ensure smooth facility launches and rapid ramp to active patient volume.Market Intelligence – Track competitor activity and market trends to inform territory strategy and leadership reporting.Compliance – Conduct all business development activities in alignment with HealBridge policies and applicable healthcare regulations.What We’re Looking ForEducation & ExperienceRequired:5+ years of outside sales experience in healthcare, post-acute care, or a related field, with a strong preference for candidates with deep experience in SNF or long-term care marketsProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a field-based, territory-driven roleDemonstrated ability to convert facility relationships into signed agreements and active referral volumeStrong existing relationships with SNF administrators, Directors of Nursing (DONs), and regional operators with the ability to open doors and generate opportunities quicklyDemonstrated ability to independently drive deals to close in a competitive environmentPreferred:Familiarity with mobile wound care, home health, or specialty clinical servicesExperience with CRM platforms and territory management toolsBachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)Core SkillsStrong relationship-building and interpersonal skills with a consultative sales approachExcellent communication and presentation skills across clinical and non-clinical audiencesSelf-directed with strong organizational skills and ability to manage a large territory independentlyStrong sense of urgency with a bias toward action and consistent follow-throughAbility to navigate complex facility dynamics and drive decisions in competitive building momentum quicklyCompensation & BenefitsPotential Total Comp: $50,000 – $155,000Base Salary: $50,000 – $70,000 depending on experienceCommission: Uncapped commission structure tied directly to facility conversion and territory performance, with meaningful upside for top performersNote: Compensation structure is flexible for highly qualified candidates with strong existing a field-based role requiring regular travel throughout your assigned territory.
