As a leading provider of educational and therapeutic services for individuals with special needs, we combine expertise, innovation, and empathy to deliver meaningful outcomes for every student we serve.We are currently seeking a Physical Therapist to join our school-based and pediatric therapy programs. This role is ideal for a PT who is passionate about helping individuals build strength, coordination, and independence through purposeful, evidence-based interventions.What You'll DoConduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans to support students with developmental, orthopedic, and/or motor challenges.Provide direct and consultative therapy services that promote functional mobility, coordination, and participation in the school environment.Select, administer, and interpret standardized assessments to measure progress and guide intervention planning.Collaborate with educators, families, and interdisciplinary team members to align therapy goals with educational and developmental needs.Document evaluations, progress notes, and reports in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.Modify or recommend adaptive equipment to enhance access and independence.Supervise PT assistants or fieldwork students as appropriate.Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and continuing education to maintain licensure and clinical excellence.What We're Looking ForEducation: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (APTA-approved)Licensure: Current state license to practice as a Physical TherapistExperience: Prior experience working with children or individuals with developmental delays preferredSkills:Strong communication and documentation skillsCollaborative team player with a passion for helping others succeedAbility to adapt quickly to individual and environmental needsOrganized, self-motivated, and able to manage time effectivelyRequired Clearances & CertificationsAct 33 Child Abuse ClearanceAct 34 State Criminal History ClearanceAct 114 FBI ClearanceMandated Reporter TrainingCPR/First Aid CertificationCurrent Physical/TB TestWhy Join Hope?Supportive, multidisciplinary team cultureOpportunities for professional growth and continuing educationFlexible scheduling aligned with the school calendarA mission-driven environment where your work makes a daily differenceReady to help children move, grow, and thrive?Apply today and bring your passion for pediatric therapy to The Hope Learning Center.Equal Opportunity and Non-Discrimination Policy:The Hope Center is committed to maintaining fair and equitable employment practices in compliance with all applicable federal and state requirements.
