Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area. The role involves performing grading, pipe installation, site development, concrete work, and paving tasks to ensure the successful completion of construction projects. Responsibilities include preparing project sites, operating heavy machinery, monitoring project progress, and collaborating with team members to meet project deadlines and specifications. You will also contribute to maintaining safety standards while ensuring the quality of completed work. Qualifications Knowledge and experience with grading, pipe installation, and site development processesProficiency in operating heavy machinery such as bulldozers, excavators, and paversExperience in concrete work and paving techniques, including laying, finishing, and repairing surfacesFamiliarity with construction safety regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe work environmentStrong teamwork and communication skills for effective collaboration with colleagues and project managersAbility to interpret construction plans and technical documentationPhysical stamina to perform manual labor and adapt to outdoor working conditionsPrevious experience in similar roles within the construction industryA high school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training is a plusValid driver’s license and reliable transportation to on-site locations
