Process Engineer

Metric are partnered with a leading and hyper growth manufacturer in the Dallas area who are looking for a Project & Process Engineer for their Site's continued expansion.The candidate for this position will be responsible for monitoring and continuing to upgrade the Manufacturing Site's project and operations. The candidate should also be able to recommend improvements to the process through analysing data and operating spend & efficiency.ResponsibilitiesLead all capital expansion & process improvement plans.Managing existing projects and project management teams.Provide guidance and long term strategic advice around the continued development of best practices to ensure continued growth in the Manufacturing complex.QualificationsBachelor's level or higher in an Engineering focus degree.3 years working within a Project or Process Engineering capacity within a manufacturing site.Demonstratable skills leading and upgrading manufacturing processes and projects.
