Learning Content Specialist

Employee Engagement & Learning Content Specialist The Employee Engagement & Learning Content Specialist is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-impact content that supports employee growth, professional & personal development, and continuous learning and skill development. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams, such as PMO, Delivery & Sales Enablement, and Marketing to create engaging learning experiences, strengthen skill development, and foster culture and meaningful connections across the organization.Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a learning content strategy focused on professional development, training, and continuous learningLead end-to-end content development for learning programs, training initiatives, and employee engagement experiences.Create high-quality learning content, including e-learning modules, training materials, playbooks, guides, videos, and presentations that supports career growth.Build and promote mentorship content and resources that encourage knowledge sharingSupport and scale professional development champion communities, employee connections groups, and collaborative learning experiencesCreate, manage, and maintain training content within LMS platforms, such as Highspot, Litmos, and StructuralOptimize learning experiences, ensuring content is interactive & engagingCollaborate with internal subject matter experts to translate complex sales, delivery, and HQ-related topics into actionable learning materialsEnsure consistency across the brands and platforms.Develop structured learning paths, onboarding programs, and ongoing training coursesMeasure and analyze learning engagement via reporting (completion rates, participation, knowledge retention, feedback) to improve effectivenessContribute to company growth initiatives that enhance employee growth, capability building, and long-term retentionEnsure learning tools are being effectively optimized and re-evaluated as neededVisibility and tracking of content projects in MS Planner and/or LoopQualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Education, or Instructional Design1-3 years of experience in content development, learning & development, or IDStrong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a focus on learning contentHands-on experience with LMS platforms, specifically Highspot and LitmosExperience developing training programs, e-learning modules, and contentAbility to manage multiple projects and run effective executive level meetingsStrong collaboration and stakeholder management skillsProficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office and content creation/authoring toolsPreferred Qualifications: Experience in instructional design or curriculum developmentExperience building mentorship programs or learning champions/communitiesBasic graphic design & video editing skillsEEO STATEMENTEight Eleven Group is an equal opportunity employer that does not discriminate on the basis of actual or perceived race, color, creed, religion, national origin, ancestry, citizenship status, age, sex or gender (including pregnancy, childbirth, lactation and related medical conditions), gender identity or gender expression, sexual orientation, marital status, military service and veteran status, physical or mental disability, protected medical condition as defined by applicable state or local law, genetic information, or any other characteristics protected by applicable federal, state, or local laws and ordinances.
