Stable, growing organization with opportunity for future advancement of qualified candidates Competitive pay based on experience and qualifications Excellent medical, dental, and vision benefits at modest employee contributions Discretionary Bonus 401k participation with Company matching contributions upon completion of first 30 days of service Responsibilities: Troubleshoot and repair blow molds Disassemble, clean, and assemble extrusion blow molds Bench work, hand grinding, matching, and diamond polishing Laser and tig welding Use of manual mills, lathes, drill press, surface grinder, etc. Ability to run manual mills, lathes , drill press , etc. Ensure molds are cleaned, deburred, and that all bolts are tightened properly during assembly of the molds Qualifications: Experience in maintaining, servicing, and breaking down injection and HDPE molds Ability to make small repairs to molds and auxiliary equipment 10+ years' experience Can read mold/neck drawings Proficient in using measuring equipment, calipers, etc. Computer knowledge Experience with Web TMA is a plus.
