Job Site Construction Superintendent - High End Custom Homes & Condos

Job Description We are seeking a High End Custom Home Construction Superintendent to join our team! A minimum of 3 years experience with ground up custom home building required. You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation. Responsibilities: * Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to completion of project * Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors * Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients * Negotiate with subcontractors job cost * Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to plans and specifications * Develop and maintain project schedule Qualifications: * Minimum 3 years experience building high end custom residential homes * Familiarity with Builder Trend and Microsoft Office software a plus * Strong leadership qualities * Deadline and detail-oriented * Good communication skills * Able to work in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties Company Description Small-scale privately owned luxury home builder where majority of the staff are long term employees.
