Surface Experts Sales RepresentativeAs a Surface Experts Sales Representative, your job is to find and build relationships with customers who work in property management and facilities maintenance. Our services are unique, so it will be your job to educate and build a relationship with our customers.In the field daily:Meeting with 10-15 contacts a day.On-site visits, phone calls, and email follow-upsVisiting a variety of industries including Property Management, Hotels, Movers, Builders, etc.Customer relationship development:Educating on Surface Experts capabilities and limitationsValidating level of customer satisfaction and opportunities to improveEarning the trust with our customers through servingBrainstorming and researching new customer opportunitiesFollow sales process:Memorizing sales scripts and role-playing practiceDocumenting sales activities in CRM; tracking a client from lead to Work Order and all the steps in betweenReporting data accurately daily/weeklyPlanning and executing sales strategy for territoryQualifications:Goal-oriented, self-starter, and energeticEnjoys working with other peopleLicensed to operate a passenger car and have a clean driving recordProfessional, caring and service-mindedReadiness to work with a metrics-based, process-driven sales teamAbout Surface ExpertsSurface Experts is an all-inclusive surface repair service provider.
