FOH Positions

We are filling 2 positions, 3 shifts per week. Friday-Sunday OR Saturday-Monday availability is a must! Extroverted. Selfless. Intuitive. If these words were ever used to describe you, we want to meet you. We are a counter-serve brunch spot with a full bar, seeking staff who believe in the power of service and hospitality. If you’ve ever heard of “Unreasonable Hospitality” then we definitely want to meet you. If not, go look it up! We are looking for exceptionally friendly, warm, inviting people to take customer orders and deliver food to its final destination, whether that’s in our restaurant or to one of our many takeout customers. We are a counter-serve establishment. You should possess a warm spirit of hospitality, and can sense what a guest needs just by reading their body language. Job duties: Greet customers and take food orders Provide incredible customer service Use our POS system Manage the flow of orders coming in Assist with inventory management Build relationships with regular customers Complete daily cleaning and closing tasks Be able to lift 30-40 lbs Prepare cocktails/drinks and pour beer (age/skill dependent) Light prep and cleaning Represent the business with a professional attitude Be calm and focused during periods of high-volume Uphold FEIIL standards and expectations laid out in FEIIL handbook Fried Egg I'm In Love offers a fun work environment and pay starts at $16.50/hr. Tips are shared amongst staff equally and range from $6+/hr.
