Warehouse Administrator

EIDIM Group Inc. is urgently hiring a Warehouse Administrator that would like to be a part of our team. This role requires strong organizational skills, along with good communication and time management in order to meet equipment logistical goals. Objectives of this role *Ensure that the warehouse operates at peak efficiency — with customer satisfaction the primary achievement by supervising, organizing, and training warehouse employees and establishing, monitoring, and managing operational timelines *Develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory, parceling , and shipping methods *Controlling and managing all warehouse inventory and logistics Responsibilities *Create a systematic storage, organization, and categorization ledger for project specific and stock items to streamline success in adjacent departments *Supervise daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer service *Inspect equipment, tools, and machinery regularly, and oversee general maintenance when necessary *Meet regularly with warehouse leads to analyze productivity and develop actionable plans for loss prevention *Oversee and manage logistics for transporting products to customers and company facilities, communicating with drivers and air partners to ensure efficient delivery of products *Oversee delivery to site and organization of project specific equipment for unloading and install staging Required skills and qualifications *Bachelor's Degree in a related field such as supply chain management, logistics, business administration *1 or more years of experience in a warehouse role *1 or more years of truck driving experience *Drivers license in good standing *Proficiency with warehouse procedures and policies *Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities *Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of company staff *Ability to deliver effective feedback, both written and verbal Salary Range of $40,000 to $50,000 Annually Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week.
