About UsM&D Capital is a leading third-party Medical Billing and Revenue Cycle Management company serving clients across the United States. We operate offices across multiple states, along with a growing international team. We specialize in out-of-network surgical claims, and partner directly with our clients to ensure the maximum reimbursement for their services. We are currently seeking a Chief Data Officer to join our rapidly growing team. This is a full-time, in person position located in Queens, New York.Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized and proactive Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our recruiting team at an exciting point of rapid organizational growth. This role is essential to ensuring a smooth, efficient, and high-quality hiring process, enabling the company to continue to scale. You will play a key part in managing candidate flow, coordinating interviews, conducting initial screenings, and keeping recruitment processes moving forward.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent people skills, and enjoys balancing multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail.Hours: Monday-Friday 9 AM to 5 PM EST Key ResponsibilitiesSupport HR and hiring managers in managing requisitions Review and evaluate incoming resumes to identify qualified candidates Conduct initial candidate screenings (phone/video) to assess fit and interest Schedule interviews and coordinate calendars between candidates and hiring managers Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in the applicant tracking system Document interview feedback and ensure timely updates across the hiring team Communicate regularly with candidates to provide updates and ensure a positive experience Track recruiting metrics and assist with reporting as needed Proactively identify process improvements to increase efficiency and candidate quality Qualifications1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, or administrative roles Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting Excellent written and verbal communication skills Comfortable interacting and communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite Experience in healthcare, RCM, or related industries preferredPay Range$45,000 - $55,000 USDBenefitsM&D Capital offers our employees a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, employee assistance plan, paid family leave, short-term disability and life insurance.
