Aesthetic Territory Sales Representative We are currently seeking an experienced Aesthetic Territory Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in Oregon. This position is designed for a proven sales hunter with a consultative approach, focusing on capital equipment sales within the medical device and dental sectors. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve territory sales goals. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the aesthetic field. Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers. Conduct product demonstrations and provide training to clients on the use of aesthetic devices. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies and initiatives. Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process. Qualifications Minimum of 4 years of experience in medical device and dental sales. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to travel 30% of the time within the assigned territory. Compensation and Benefits Base salary: $70,000 - $80,000, commensurate with experience. On-target earnings (OTE) for the first year: approximately $350,000.
