Hpc AdminRemoteNo third party C2CQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.5+ years of experience in HPC administration, architecture, or a related role.Extensive experience with Linux/Unix systems administration, including Red Hat, CentOS, or Ubuntu.Proficiency with HPC schedulers and workload managers (e.g., Slurm, PBS, or Grid Engine).Strong understanding of parallel computing, cluster management, and networking in HPC environments.Experience with storage technologies (e.g., Lustre, NFS, GPFS) and interconnects (e.g., InfiniBand, Ethernet).Scripting and automation skills in Bash, Python, or similar languages.Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Singularity) is a plus.Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Preferred Skills:Experience with cloud-based HPC (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) or hybrid HPC setups.Familiarity with monitoring and performance tools such as Nagios, Ganglia, or Grafana.Knowledge of parallel programming and distributed computing (e.g., MPI, OpenMP) is advantageous.
