This role is ideal for someone who cares deeply about ethical business, believes marketing should serve both mission and revenue, and thrives in a highly entrepreneurial environment.Location: Burlington, MASchedule: Full-time, primarily in-person with work-from-home flexibility on Mondays and FridaysReports to: VP of Operations & FinanceDirect Reports: 4Position Type: Exempt, Full-TimePosition OverviewThe Marketing Manager will lead Curio’s marketing function with a focus on sustainable revenue growth, operational excellence, team coordination, and brand stewardship.This is not a purely digital marketing role.
