Overview
Training will be provided for the following: Crane inspections, Maintenance, Installation of SRD overhead, jib, and gantry cranes, Electrical and mechanical print reading and troubleshooting, AC drive wiring and programming.
Responsibilities
Job Requirements:
Assist with the following:
Monthly crane inspections
Preventative maintenance
Troubleshooting and repair tasks of all electrical/mechanical crane systems.
Operation of mobile equipment including fork truck, tele-handler, man lift and overhead cranes.
Will be required to work at heights.
Qualifications
Required:
Must have a strong safety record.
Industrial mechanical and electrical experience with a willingness to learn.
Good communication with problem-solving skills.
Self-directed with the ability to work with a team or in an individual setting.
Preferred:
Experience in the following:
Troubleshooting and maintaining AC drives and PLC circuits.
Industrial electrical knowledge including 3 phase AC motors and controls.
Electrical and mechanical maintenance of production equipment.
Electrical testing equipment, Arc and mig welding.
