Talent Support SpecialistTierPoint's Human Resources team is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented professional who is passionate about creating an exceptional candidate experience while growing their HR career. The Talent Support Specialist plays a key role in supporting recruitment and onboarding efforts working closely with internal teams and leaders to ensure a seamless hiring process.
The Talent Support Specialist helps guide applicants through each stage of the hiring journeyfrom interview scheduling to offer supportensuring timely communication, clarity, and a positive experience. This role partners closely with hiring managers and executives to keep the process moving smoothly while maintaining a welcoming, people-first approach. The ideal candidate is adaptable, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and brings strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to delivering a thoughtful and engaging candidate experience.
ResponsibilitiesBrand Representative & Hiring Partnership
Serves as a TierPoint brand ambassador at all times
Develop strong, trusting collaborative partnerships with leadership to understand hiring needs.
Recruiting & Interview Support
Conduct, schedule, and facilitate interviews for technical and non-technical roles (phone screens, virtual interviews, on-site visits).
Be achievement oriented with a high sense of urgency, responsiveness, and follow through in recruiting tasks
Ensure timely communication and provide an exceptional candidate experience.
Post job openings to internal and external job boards, social media platforms, and community networks.
Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements for role needs and set consistent interviewing process
Create, draft, and format high-quality job descriptions that align with company standards
Assist Talent Team with sourcing tasks such as resume screening or initial outreach for high priority roles
Offer, Pre-Employment & Onboarding Support
Prepare offer letters and coordinate pre-employment steps (background checks, employment verifications, onboarding etc.)
Community Engagement
Support local hiring initiatives, job fairs, community partnerships, and university recruiting events in the St. Louis area.
Reporting & Administrative Support
Responsible for creating, maintaining accurate recruiting updates through internal reporting metrics.
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications12 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, administrative coordination, or a related role.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a confident, professional demeanor.
High attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or similar productivity tools.
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to work both independently and with others
Ability to operate in a fast moving, team-oriented, collaborative environment with tight deadlines
Preferred Experience
2+ years of administrative and/or coordination experience, preferably in a technology industry.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business, or related field.
Prior experience supporting mid-size populations of remote, onsite, and work from home employees across a geographic footprint.
iCIMS and/or Applicant Tracking System
LinkedIn Recruiter experience
Working Conditions
Hybrid environment from our STL corporate office (Des Peres, MO) 3 days a week
Flexibility that some weeks may require more days in the office than others

We provide a compensation range for roles that may be hired in locations with pay transparency law requirements. It's important to note the pay range may be narrower than displayed, as various factors are used to determine the offered compensation package including skill set, level of experience, geographic locations, and other relevant factors- i.e. budgetary requirements. Pay Range $23.72- $35.58
