Description: Wakefield Residential is offering an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated full-time Leasing Consultant with top-notch sales and people skills to play a key role atThe Lodge Apartments in Marysville, Washington.The Lodge is a 686-unit garden-style, multifamily residential community. Our Leasing Consultants play a key role in welcoming, qualifying, touring, leasing, and moving in prospective residents to support occupancy, revenue, and retention goals. They also provide essential support to the Property Manager and Business Manager in achieving resident satisfaction and financial performance in alignment with company standards.Why Work For Wakefield Residential?

Responsibilities:
Perform all sales and leasing activities to achieve community revenue and occupancy goals
Greet and qualify prospective residents
Conduct community tours, show apartment homes, and process applications
Follow up with future and new residents to ensure satisfaction
Finalize leasing decisions
Respond quickly and courteously to resident concerns and questions
Ensure physically appealing models/amenities
Other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in multi-family housing
Familiarity with Fair Housing and EEO laws
Yardi Property Management Software
Bilingual preferred
Physical Demands:
The incumbent is expected to report to work and adhere to all safety and business protocols
Frequent sitting and walking
Repetitive use of computer, keyboard, mouse, and phone
Reading, comprehending, writing, performing calculations, communicating orally, reasoning, and analyzing
Occasional to frequent squatting, bending neck/waist, twisting neck/waist,pushing/pulling/liftingto 25lbs
Schedule:Tuesday - Saturday, 9am-6pm with one hour lunch.Salary:Starting at $23-25/hour based on qualifications, plus generous commission structureBenefits:
