Job Description
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.Occupational therapy services are needed for students in grades K-12 at a school located in Flagstaff, AZ. This contract position is ideal for licensed professionals who are passionate about supporting children's developmental and educational needs within a school setting.
Key Responsibilities:* Provide occupational therapy evaluations, interventions, and progress monitoring for students in grades K through 12, including elementary, middle, and high school levels
* Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
* Utilize evidence-based practices to support fine motor skills, sensory processing, and other therapeutic needs that enhance students academic and functional performance
* Maintain detailed documentation of services rendered and communicate effectively with all stakeholders
* Attend relevant meetings and participate in ongoing professional development opportunitiesQualifications:* Active State License in Occupational Therapy required
* Experience working with children in school environments, preferably across multiple grade levels (K-5, 6-8, 9-12)
* Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with educational staff and families
* Commitment to student progress and tailored therapeutic interventionsPosition Details:* Contract duration: January 2026 through June 2026
* Schedule: 30-37.5 hours per week, 5 days per week
