Disney Entertainment and ESPN Product & Technology is a global organization of engineers, product developers, designers, technologists, data scientists, and more – all working to build and advance the technological backbone for DisneyJob ResponsibilityResponsibilities and Duties of the Role: Responsible for following operational procedures and raising awareness of issues in workflows when they arise Execute defined processes to validate the quality and availability of live content streams Record steps to troubleshoot workflows when issues arise Field workflow requirements from senior staff and gather data in support of documentation of workflowsJob RequirementsRequired Education, Experience/Skills/Training: Basic Qualifications 3+ years of experience in a relevant technical, operational or digital media environment with proven leadership skills Work knowledge of live/on-demand Ability to serve as shift leader and liaison to Operations team personnel as well as product stakeholders Ability to train team and new employees on daily tasks and execution of new technical information and procedures Ability to provide support and communications during crisis management Exhibits expert product knowledge of technical components utilized by this organization Required Education High school diploma The hiring range for this remote position is $76,800 to $118,300 per year based on a 40 hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
