Responsibilities Perform a variety of massage techniques including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy tailored to each client’s needs. Conduct patient assessments to understand individual health concerns and develop customized treatment plans. Apply knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology to ensure safe and effective therapy sessions. Educate clients on self-care practices, occupational health tips, and pain management strategies for ongoing wellness. Maintain detailed records of treatments provided, patient progress, and any relevant medical information. Ensure a welcoming, professional environment by delivering exceptional patient service and addressing client inquiries promptly. Adhere to all safety protocols, sanitation standards, and licensing regulations to uphold the highest quality of care. Experience Proven experience as a Massage Therapist with a focus on patient service and assessment. Hands-on expertise in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management techniques. Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to therapeutic massage. Prior experience working in a med spa or healthcare setting is highly desirable. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients and address their individual needs. Familiarity with occupational health principles and best practices for maintaining client safety during treatments.
