Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Project Coordinator, based in Kill Devil Hills, NC. The Construction Project Coordinator will oversee project scheduling, communicate with teams and stakeholders, track project progress, and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards. This role requires close collaboration with contractors, vendors, and clients to address any issues, maintain compliance with project specifications, and achieve project goals. Qualifications Expertise in Project Coordination and Project Management to organize schedules, resources, and communications effectively.Experience in Construction Project Management and Construction Management, with a strong understanding of on-site processes and team collaboration.Knowledge and ability in Budgeting to manage project expenses and ensure cost efficiency.Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills.Proficiency in construction-related software and tools is a plus.Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration with clients, contractors, and team members.Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field preferred, but equivalent professional experience will be considered.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project needs.
