Role DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated Sales Specialist for Jr.'s fashion top's, collection of Vintage styles to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Los Angeles, CA. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building and maintaining relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall growth of the sales team. Additional responsibilities include fostering product knowledge, meeting client needs, and working closely with the sales management team and Design Merchandiser to ensure successful implementation of strategies and goals.QualificationsStrong Communication and Customer Service skills to maintain and build effective client relationships.Demonstrated Sales and Sales Management abilities with experience meeting or exceeding sales goals.Experience in Training and coaching team members for improved performance and product knowledge.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Proficiency in using sales software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.Previous experience in the fashion or retail industry is preferred but not required.High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with a customer-first approach.
