What You'll Be DoingCollaborate with third-party vendors to manage and support network infrastructure, including servers, firewalls, switches, and security systemsDesign and implement scalable, resilient infrastructure solutionsTroubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues with efficiency and foresightContribute to technical projects and drive successful implementation of infrastructure improvementsDevelop and maintain robust disaster recovery and business continuity plansMonitor, analyze, and optimize system performanceEnsure data security, regulatory compliance, and system integrityPartner with cross-functional teams to deliver effective technology solutionsRespond to urgent IT incidents when needed????️ What You Bring to the Table7–10 years of experience in network and systems administrationBachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experienceStrong expertise in networking, operating systems, cybersecurity, and modern infrastructure technologiesExperience executing technical projects and delivering reliable solutionsAbility to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectivelyCollaborative mindset and strong interpersonal skillsExcellent problem-solving abilities and sound judgment, including escalation awarenessBonus: Experience with financial industry regulations is highly desirable.Tools of the TradeMicrosoft Office SuiteActive DirectoryNetwork monitoring and performance toolsVMwareBackup and recovery systemsSecurity and compliance frameworksTechnical documentation tools and practices????
