Job Title: HR CoordinatorLocation: Iselin, NJType of Employment: Temporary, 6 – 12 MonthsIn Office/Hybrid/Remote: HybridHourly$28/hr - $30/hrJob Summary:LHH is working with a medical manufacturing organization in Edison, NJ to hire a Rebate Analyst. The qualified candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of rebate experience, advanced Excel skills and an analytical mindset. The core hours are Monday through Friday from 8AM to 5PM and this is a hybrid work schedule with two days a week in office.If this role is a fit to your experience, please click apply to submit a resume for review.ResponsibilitiesFull cycle recruitment for entry level to associate level roles (manufacturing, customer service, etc.)Enter data into the HRIS and update employee information as neededAnswer employees' benefits and payroll related questionsCoordinate monthly benefit invoicesHandle employment verificationsAssist with new hire onboarding and separationsStay informed of local, state and federal lawsManage HR related reporting Required Experience:Bachelors Degree in a human resources is preferredAt least 2 years in an HR role Experience using UKG or Workday HRISKnowledge of HR reportingExperience handling recruitment and new hire orientationsStrong written and verbal communication skillsIntermediate Microsoft Excel skills – knowledge of formulas and pivot tablesBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
