Network Analyst

OverviewWe are seeking someone to lead a large-scale initiative focused on consolidating internet services across 260+ locations. This role will be responsible for driving project execution, coordinating closely with network engineering teams, and ensuring the project is delivered on time and in alignment with organizational goals.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage an enterprise-wide initiative to consolidate internet services across more than 260 locationsDevelop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure on-time completionWork closely with Network Engineers to track progress, address technical questions, and resolve project dependenciesServe as the primary point of coordination between technical teams, vendors, and internal stakeholdersMonitor risks, issues, and blockers, proactively driving resolution to keep the project on scheduleProvide regular status updates on project progress, risks, and milestones to leadership and stakeholdersEnsure project activities align with scope, schedule, and quality expectationsSupport change management and coordination efforts as services are transitioned or consolidatedContract DetailsInitial contract term of 6 monthsExtension possible based on project needsSchedule: Part-time (30 hours maximum weekly)Job RequirementsHigh School Diploma2 years of experience in customer servicePreferred experience with Microsoft Suite, OutlookAbout Pennant & Our CultureAs part of The Pennant Group, our work is rooted in the CAPLICO core values — Customer Second, Accountability, Passion for Learning, Love One Another, Intelligent Risk‑Taking, Celebration, and Ownership.
