Key ResponsibilitiesProvide therapeutic counseling services and develop treatment plans for young adults Document sessions and submit HIPAA compliant documentation using an electronic health record Communicate with other teams to support care continuity and adhere to documentation standardsRequired QualificationsLicensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Active state license in Texas; additional state licensures are a plus Experience in crisis intervention, safety planning, and working with young adults or at-risk populations Strong clinical documentation and assessment skills Background in community mental health or college counseling environments preferred
