THE CLIENTOur team is partnering with a leading investment platform to hire a high‑caliber Traveling Personal Assistant to support the Founder within their personal family office. This is a uniquely dynamic and hands-on role that requires significant global travel, comfort in a fast-paced, on-the-go environment, and a high level of discretion.The PA will be a key member of a tight‑knit support team, working closely alongside the Chief of Staff and Executive Assistant. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring the Principal’s day‑to‑day life runs seamlessly across multiple residences and international locations.THE ROLEThis position is highly immersive and travel-intensive, requiring a proactive, flexible approach and the ability to operate as the “eyes and ears on the ground.” The PA will anticipate needs in real time, troubleshoot on the fly, and ensure every detail is executed to an exceptional standard.Key responsibilities include:Travel Support & LogisticsAccompany the Principal on frequent travel (approximately 400 flight hours annually, primarily via private jet)Manage real-time logistics across domestic and international destinationsCoordinate and adjust detailed itineraries, including flights, trains, ferries, and ground transportHandle luggage and assist with the physical demands of frequent travelEnsure smooth transitions between locations, residences, and scheduled engagementsLifestyle & Personal SupportProvide discreet, high-touch support during social engagements and travel, ensuring comfort and privacy at all timesExecute personal errands and unique requests, including sourcing hard-to-find items and coordinating services globallySupport family and group trips, maintaining a polished and professional presenceCoordination & AdministrationAct as a central point for on-the-ground updates, ensuring the broader team remains informedMaintain exceptional organization and responsiveness across all requestsHandle administrative aspects tied to travel and personal logistics with precision and urgencyTHE CANDIDATEThe ideal candidate is calm under pressure, highly perceptive, and thrives in a fast-moving, ever-changing environment.
