You will serve as a member of the overall DOL billings and program administration to ensure timely and accurate billing to the client, and to track receivable status and help clear aged balances. The assigned activities will mainly include the preparation of daily or weekly customer invoices, processing vendor/subcontractor invoices, and tracking customer payments and vendor payments. This position will report under the Project Controller.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and post bills, invoices, and receipts.Ensure all documents are accurate and compliant with federal regulations and contract terms.Receive training to become proficient in client‐specific billing processes, especially those involving the government portal.Monitor account statuses and balances weekly.Check for inconsistencies and manage the accounts receivable process.Verify that payments match invoices and ensure financial data accuracy.Reconcile vendor bills and monitor vendor accounts payable for bi‐weekly payments and accuracy.Establish and maintain relationships with internal teams.Provide guidance and support for efficient invoicing, billing corrections, and collections.QualificationsBachelor's degree in business administration, or a related field required.1 year of accounting experience required; or other billing experience of 2–3 years will be considered.Proficiency in MS Office Suite with knowledge in Excel.Strong attention to details.Proactive self‐starter with strong organizational skills.United States Citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance at the "public trust" level.Sedgwick Government Solutions provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in jurisdictions requiring pay transparency in job postings.
