Title: Power BI DeveloperLocation: Harrisburg, PADuration: Long TermEmployment Type: W2PA Driver’s License is a bonusRequired Skills:- 8+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI and SQL.- Strong experience migrating reports from Crystal Reports to Power BI — MUST HAVE.- Proficiency in Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service.- Strong SQL skills for data manipulation, querying, and data extraction.- Experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.- Strong understanding of Power BI report development, dashboards, data modeling, and visualization best practices.- Experience with Crystal Reports, including understanding existing reports and converting them into Power BI.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and presentation skills.- Ability to work effectively with business users and technical teams.Key Must-Have Skills:Power BI + SQL + Crystal Reports + Crystal Reports to Power BI Migration + Power BI Desktop + Power BI Service + Data Warehousing + ETLPA Driver’s License is an added advantage.
