Supply Coordinator/FloaterThe Supply Coordinator/Floater is responsible for giving direction to consumers to properly fill Caterpillar parts orders and moving material that is ready to be processed.Responsibilities are to be carried out in accordance with CWTC's mission, policies, and in a manner that supports individuals with disabilities. All employees are required to attend mandated training sessions.Essential duties include:Fill incoming CAT orders with all needed suppliesProvide direction to consumers on sorting and moving material to proper packaging areasMaintain, process daily order and control inventory on CAT indirect suppliesMaintain accurate tracking and flow system on all material receivedTroubleshoot receipt errorsMaintain organization of all indirect material in carton roomTag material with proper paperwork for processingQuality control labels while batching with PWOOther duties include:Work in other production areas when work load allowsEncourage consumers to work to their highest capacityPerform other tasks, not inconsistent with qualifications or regular duties as assignedWorking conditions include physical requirements such as lifting, bending, walking, pulling, pushing, and standing for long periods of time. Environmental factors include working indoors around dust, cardboard, and moving equipment. Interpersonal factors include listening to consumer issues and giving verbal encouragement of proper work habits.All employees are responsible for reporting any information, however acquired, pertaining to possible abuse or neglect of consumers to the Director of Quality Improvement, the Safety Director, or the Executive Director.Safety and accident prevention require employees to follow all safety policies and use necessary protective equipment when applicable. Employees are responsible for reporting safety hazards and/or accidents to their supervisors immediately.Minimum qualifications include:High school diploma or equivalentGood reading, writing and counting skillsGood communication and interpersonal skillsGood organizational skillsPrevious experience with adults with disabilities helpful
