The Make Ready Tech collaborates closely with property managers and leasing agents to meet move-in deadlines and maintain tenant satisfaction. Ultimately, the Make Ready Tech contributes directly to the overall success of property operations by enhancing the appeal and functionality of rental units.Minimum Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent.Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Basic knowledge of maintenance and repair techniques relevant to residential properties.Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical labor for extended periods.Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.Preferred Qualifications:Previous experience in property maintenance, construction, or a related field.Familiarity with property management software and work order systems.Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members and tenants.Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.Responsibilities:Perform thorough cleaning and maintenance of rental units between tenant occupancies, including painting, carpet cleaning, and minor repairs.Inspect properties to identify and address any damages or safety hazards, ensuring all work meets company and regulatory standards.Coordinate with property management to schedule make-ready activities and report on progress and any additional repair needs.Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and time spent on each unit.Operate and maintain tools and equipment safely and efficiently to complete tasks within designated timeframes.Skills:The Make Ready Tech utilizes technical skills daily to perform repairs, maintenance, and cleaning tasks that prepare rental units for new tenants.
