Construction project superintendent.

Structure Tech Corporation is seeking experienced superintendent / working foreman. Must have at least 3 years field experience working for a General Contractor on commercial construction projects (Healthcare, AHCA experience preferred). Candidate must possess good communication skills and leadership abilities to run daily construction activities and documentation. Applicants must have a comprehensive understanding of commercial construction means and methods. Salary TBD during interview.Send resume, work experience and recommendations.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Must be able to work weekends, must be able to work without work schedule limitations as required by project needs. ( NO EXCEPTIONS)- Hands on Working Foreman/Superintendent, must be able to do light Interior Demolition, Drywall/ Framing and General Construction work when needed- Managing and coordinating schedules and subcontractors from inception to close out- Maintaining excellent relationships with clients, architects/engineers, and subs- Reviewing requisitions and invoices- Quality control of the work product- Scheduling the sub-contractors work, inspections and deliveries- Supervising other company employees- handling day to day questions on plans and construction- Initiate communication R.F.I.'s, reports- Maintaining daily logs, inspection logs and engineering logs- Producing & maintaining as built records- Must have own vehicle and clean driving record- Must be able to read plansPay to be determined during interview.
