By combining exceptional customer service, expense management, and project management efficiencies, we empower businesses to reach their goals.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Project Coordinator to be active with Projects at TeleSource, Inc. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for providing leadership, structure, coordination and task management, documentation, basic network troubleshooting, and ensuring customer satisfaction daily on assigned projects. Technologies supported include VoIP, Carrier Services, Networks and Infrastructure, and Structured Cabling.Oversee projects, including new installations, migrations, renovations, and upgrades of enterprise network infrastructures. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Plan and manage the daily execution of multiple projects across a national footprint.Ensure project execution aligns with established schedules, scopes, and organizational standards.Track and manage project activities, timelines, milestones, and overall quality to meet objectives.Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, escalating issues to project as necessary.Coordinate personnel and schedule material deliveries to consistently meet project deadlines.Serve as the primary contact, facilitating communication and escalation procedures.Conduct quality assurance checks by reviewing on-site technician photos to confirm work meets expectations and design/construction specifications.Maintain a strong focus on customer service.Qualifications:Strong organizational and administrative abilities, including attention to detail and effective multitasking.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams and OutlookCapability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Skilled in prioritizing tasks and addressing competing demands within set timelines.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Basic Technology Support and Troubleshooting skills.Experience identifying circuitsFamiliarity with Ticketing SystemsExperience Managing Remote Technicians.Experience in the telecommunication industry is a plus.Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field or 4 years of applicable experience.
