National Sales Manager

Locations: Northern Ohio/Michigan Expert Crane seeks qualified candidates for a National Sales Manager to assist in the growth of our Sales Team. The Sales Manager’s challenge is to develop and grow the business through assisting our existing Sales Team in Ohio and Michigan through cold calls, appointments, and other networking development techniques. Compensation potential including salary and bonuses. This Sales Manager will also be responsible for traveling outside of where our Sales team is located and be the Sales force in the area needed. States like Indiana, Illinois, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, etc. Required Skills: Must have prior experience selling overhead cranes and service Desire and Ability to Sell to new accounts Coach and motivate the team and lead by example Experience with CRM and ability to log daily activity and interactions Highly Motivated, Fast Pace, Self-Starter Strong Communication Ability (Written and Verbal) Good Customer Relationship and Negotiation Skills Sales Finesse for Cold Calling & Account Retention Maintenance of Database with Records of Calls Made and New Accounts Excellent Time Management Skills Must have clean driving record Monitoring and tracking quotes with Sales Team Territory knowledge base Be willing to be drug tested randomly Industrial Sales background preferred Social Media presence along with strong PC skills PTO, Health Insurance, Dental, Vision, Life 401K with matching contributions
