Exciting Opportunity for Pharmacists: Join Our Team - Are you ready to make a real impact in patient care? - We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Pharmacist to provide safe, accurate, and efficient pharmaceutical services to patients of all ages. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with Physicians on medication selection and dosing. - Educate nursing staff, patients, and medical team on medication usage. - Participate in Medication Safety initiatives and prevention of adverse drug reactions. - Manage patient profiles and ensure proper medication distribution. - Prepare IV admixtures and nutritional supplements. - Ensure compliance with state, federal, and DEA regulations, as well as TJC Standards. Requirements: - Current Arizona Pharmacist License. - ACLS & BLS certification. - Inpatient acute hospital experience required. - Minimum of 2 years of pharmacy experience. - Board Certified and/or accredited pharmacy residency preferred. Shift Details: - Variable shifts available: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM or 10:00 AM - 8:30 PM. - Flexible scheduling options.
