Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing exceptional customer service and have experience in the food industry. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an enjoyable dining experience, from taking orders to delivering food and beverages with a friendly demeanor. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests in a timely manner, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued. Take accurate food and drink orders using Micros POS systems. Deliver food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation. Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales. Handle cash transactions efficiently, ensuring accurate cash handling practices. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and assisting with sanitation efforts. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Address guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism, fostering positive guest relations. Adhere to food safety guidelines and sanitation standards at all times. Requirements Previous experience as a Server in fine dining or high-volume restaurants is preferred. Familiarity with Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar systems is advantageous. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Basic math skills for processing payments accurately. Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations is essential. Culinary experience or kitchen knowledge is a plus, along with familiarity with food preparation techniques. Experience in guest services, hospitality, or related fields will be beneficial.
